Return/Refund Policy:
ALL SALES FINAL: These products are handmade and are not easily duplicated; therefore, I can not replace product. However, I will issue a store credit minus materials cost in the event of product being damaged due to natural events beyond our control.
Shipping:
All Products will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. There is no mail service on weekends; therefore, orders placed on Friday will be mailed Monday unless its a holiday and postal service is closed.
Sales/Coupon Policy:
Sales and Coupons will expire at midnight central standard time on the day of expiration. If items are in your cart past the sales period, those items will not be eligible for purchase at sales price.
